The entire process for hiring a DJ was so hassle free, a quick call to discuss general requirements and Patrick was put in contact with us. He was understanding of our needs and everything was sorted extremely efficiently. On the actual night of the event, Patrick was prompt, quickly set up and provided an awesome dance atmosphere that kept the party jumping right up to the inevitable final orders. The whole process was painless and great value.

We hired a DJ, uplighters, 4ft light up letters & sweet cart from concept events which we were very happy with. Martin was very helpful when deciding what we’d like for our wedding and made sure everything was delivered in plenty of time. The guests loved them and the DJ we were set up with did a great job.

You have all been amazing and a joy to work with over the years! All the way back when we needed some last minute assistance with a generator, to the continued unwavering support and beyond. Concept Events are second to none. Even so this weekend at our festival, Tokonatsu. Matt showed up and just got on with it, even with our very basic plans and layouts, topped off with vendors arriving at different times, accomodated each and every one of our needs for the day. He ensured that everyone got the power they needed as well as ensuring the generator was used correctly throughout the festival. He was able to get on with the work and took a huge weight of our minds. Every vendor that he dealt with were exceptionally complementary on his professionalism and his ability to ensure that they all had the correct connections for their stands. As with all mechanical devices, issues can happen, and on Friday we had a major issue. I called up and within 2 rings I was through to Hayden himself who, once I explained the situation, told me that he would be over in 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Beating that expectation he was on site within 15 mins, already checking the generator out and had bought a spare just in case. Within 30 mins we were back up again, on top of that the disruption was so minimal that none of the vendors lost out, and the only attendees that noticed were the ones we asked to move out of the way! For something we assumed would take a very long time to resolve was fixed so quickly, professionally, and above all, with a friendly attitude, it took us all by surprise. I had popped off to pick up a delivery and by the time we got back we had chears from all the vendors! You out did yourselves on the service, and the response you gave. Thank you. Each and every year we have been with you, you have been amazing, and we also appreciate your flexibility to resolve issues for future events too. It has been a pleasure, and from all of us at Tokonatsu, we can't wait to work with you again.

Top events company. Nothing is too much ask. Wealth of knowledge. Planning a big event? Speak to these guys about all equipment. Some equipment I needed they didn’t have in stock. I searched high and low yet they arranged another company to provide with the equipment they didn’t have far cheaper than I could find elsewhere .

The main factor that determines your costs is the size of the festival stage you choose to hire. Larger stages will result in higher costs, additionally, you need to consider the expenses of renting additional equipment including generators, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and LED screens.

For outdoor covered festival stage hire, the cost starts from below £1,000 for a small stage. The most comprehensive mobile festival stage hire package will be from £10,000, which covers logistics and construction by qualified engineers who will come to your venue in Bedfordshire.

Concept Events owns 5 mobile stages which are constantly in high demand. While you may be lucky and be able to reserve a stage at short notice, a year to six months is much better and allows for adequate planning and preparation go in beforehand.

If you’re planning an outdoor event in Bedfordshire and need to hire a festival stage, it’s important to book as soon as possible. Uneven ground can cause instability and tipping hazards, which can lead to accidents and injuries. When using Stage Hire equipment, it is important to assess the ground conditions before operation. Our mobile stage hire equipment will allow us to make some adjustments to mitigate some uneven surfaces

Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.

The balance must be received a minimum of 7 working days prior to the event.
